Litter bins continue to be vandalised

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

This is at least the 5th bin to be trashed between the town centre & Cogges. Not helped by the fact that "the Council" (Witney Town ? who won't join FMS ...?) put their priorities elsewhere: such as choosing a cheaper but trendier eco-"recycled plastics" unit so the initial-saving can be spent on (say) propping up the Corn Echange finances .... (?)
