People living in lay-by in motorhome and caravan

Two vechicles being used as permanent residents in lay since beginning of the year patio furniture etc set up in lay-by and car exits the one way system to get out the wrong way….what and where are they using for toilet facilities etc etc this has been reported to cdc and Oxford council many times and there still there!

They are still there patio chairs table all laid out on the lay-by road

Now three caravan type things in the lay-by one since January and the other two been there all week and people living in them

Three caravans now living in the layby on the Southam road- The middle caravan has been there permanently since Jan 2024 he now has small wind turbines set up in the field and has cut the hedge row down so he can see in the the field from his caravan window and has also cut his own walkway into the field.
