Overgrown hedges making the public footpath unsafe

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are overgrown hedges down baden Powell way, the footpath is very narrow now and it’s difficult to get a pushchair down there . There’s also some brambles growing on the other side of the path, which caught my skin.
