Parked cars in way of footpath, no signage

The entrance to the footpath between passey crescent and Brook Street is in constant use and is the only access to the front gardens for the terrace houses. Over the past couple of months cars have been permanently parked over the entrance meaning we cannot have paved access with bins, bikes, prams etc without risking damage to the cars. There was historically signage which I believe said 'keep clear' on the railings, which has now worn away. Please please please can we get new new signage.

    Nothing has been actioned. Giving you a better angle. Not even a person can fit through that gap! Let alone a bin bike or walking aid. First reported in June....
