Pothole in the nearside driving path of a vehicles wheels or a cyclists path. Difficult to avoid as it's at the end of a poorly maintained stretch of road and corners. I was on a bicycle and took a heavy hit as I was unable to avoid it. Vehicles were behind me and coming in the other direction which needed to me considered when taking these road bends....
