Overgrown bushes covering half the pavement with significant accumulated muck from fallen vegetation.

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Excessive overgrowth reducing width of footpath, plus significant accumulation of old/dead plant material beneath the overgrown bushes. It’s very sad that none of the residents living by this stretch of overgrown plants takes any responsibility for keeping it tidy, possibly because they are renting their property and don’t see it as their responsibility.
