Oxfordshire highways did some work repairing path at the front of Hilliard house and left all the spoil and rubbish in the road at the back of lely court this was march I reported to you then and followed this up in April the spoil is still there and other people are now dumping there rubbish on top of yours can you please send a grab lorry out to pick up your mess

  • The spoil is still there as far as I am aware nobody has been out when is this going to be cleared
