Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A resident has complained that there is an accessibility problem with the bus stop outside Oakenholt carehome. Their residence is opposite the carehome on the right hand side of the road towards Oxford. They use the grass verge to walk down to the bus stop to get to work daily. However currently it is so overgrown it has become almost dangerous to navigate. The grass is so long and there are multiple thistles. Please can you arrange for this to be cut to help aid the people that live beyond Oakenholt to reach this bus stop?
