The pathway that goes around a blind bend on lower hades road (from No 17 to the Spinney) is completely overgrown with hanging plants and plants growing through the tarmac. This is a serious trip hazard which forces you to walk on the road facing oncoming traffic on the blind bend. Elderly/poorly people need to walk on this path which is a serious heath risk.
