There are numerous weeds growing very quickly along the whole cull-de-sac-

The weeds are taking over. I have tried to remove some but the majority refuse to be disturbed.....the road looks very unkempt. This issue is ongoing every summer so please could you authorise the removal of them. Thank you Regards Jackie Lomas
