Pothole edge of road failed

Top of the brow of the hill travelling into Blewbury from Goring. The side of the road is failed large pothole . Today a cyclist hit it and fell off luckily into the side of the road . It could have caused a more serious accident. For info the cars directly behind the bike had given him space and both checked to see that he was ok.
