30 sign obscured

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Unable to get a clear line of vision of the 30 sign at required sighting distance as the grass, cow parsley,/jungle is as high as the initial sign.

The sign on the right hand side as heading South is also obscured by vegetation and tree branches.
