Large pothole in middle of road

This pothole has been here for over a year now and vehicles regularly cross over to the wrong side of the road to pass it thereby risking accidents to pedestrians and other road users.

  • Photo 1 - The white van is clearly on the wrong side of the road at the junction. The driver has taken this action to avoid the pothole in the middle of the road

    Photos 2 and 3 - The ambulance is approaching from the other direction.

    Vehicles meeting at this junction frequently have to take evasive action to avoid a collision. If the pothole was filled in I believe the risk will be alleviated.

  • Thank you for getting this issue raised for repair faster. That is very much appreciated. It is still an issue. I attach some photos taken earlier today. The precise location is in the middle of the road at the junction of Manor Road and Curbridge Road in Ducklington (OX29 7YD)
