Massive leylandii's taller than houses on highway verge - overhanging Road & Pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later
As you enter West Chiltern, there are a number of monstrous leylandii's on the left hand side highway verge, and next to the pavement. They are encroaching over the pavement and the branches overhanging the road do not have the required 5.5 metres clearance over the road, or 2.4 meter clearance over the pavement. As these are on a highway verge, please can OCC do something about these monsters and cut them back so they aren't causing obstructions or so overbearing. If they were cut back enough so that they don't grown to cause the same obstructions within a few months would also be appreciated. Additionally, there is a street light located on this stretch, but you can't actually see any light from it as it is so covered by the leylandii's. Thank you.
