Pot hole on edge of Fleming Drive near Junction with Fleming Close

This pot hole has been here for several weeks and is line with where cyclists would ride on the side of the road. I saw a child ride into it yesterday afternoon & came off her bike yesterday afternoon sustaining cuts to her leg & arm.
