The post has been broken off and handrail on floor which is dangerous for people using the steps, especially the elderly, of which are numerous on Spring street.

    Please fix this! I had to fill in post hole with earth as someone tripped on the hole and injured themselves. This is right outside my house and I see elderly and disabled people having great difficulty with negotiating steps.
