Waggon Path overgrowth of hedges and grass

Waggon Path is a public bridleway and the hedges and grass verges are very overgrown. Vehicle paintwork is being scratched as we drive down the lane, and also ambulances are unable to drive down the lane to attend at residents' properties due to the overhanging hedges.
