Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I did have a video to show how bad this is but am unable to upload. I reported this last year and was told that it was only cut back once a year. I don’t think it’s been done. We’re having to walking in people garden to walk through the path. The hedges and trees are extremely overgrown and in some places taking up more than half the path. Having to walk this with an elderly relative it’s getting harder and harder to pass due to their lack of mobility and having to duck under the growth!!

    My elderly father is struggling to walk along here now as he’s having to duck and dive. Who do we sue if he hurts him self?
