I reported this storm drain over two years ago for being fully blocked with mud and foliage. It now has plants/weeds growing out of it. The entire road (Bucknell Road is like this. And the water does not drain away. It is opposite a brook of water by a primary school. This really needs cleaning out. These cover the entirety of the street. And with a risk of flooding from a brook anyway although small, we shouldnt then add to this risk if we can avoid it. Kind regards
