Large tree branch which is over hanging in Road opposite 1 Shelley Close does not look very safe and could come down in Road on car or someone head due to rain and wind

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited the location and assessed the trees. The trees are the responsibility of the adjacent landowner and not Oxfordshire County Council. I will send a letter to the landowner, detailing the problem and advising that they carry out remedial works to remove any hazard to the highway.
