Subsidence in pavement and kerb and bollard upheaval

The subsidence has existed for at least a year and getting worse, to the extent that it is causing the water meter manhole to disintegrate and cause a hazard to the walking public. Several people have reported tripping. Also a short distance away a bollard has been knocked out of the ground!
