Ivy and scrub has fallen onto the path

The ivy which is growing on the wall adjacent to the path has gotten so thick and overgrown it has now collapsed onto the pavement, effectively blocking the path

    The tree is also covering the path meaning pedestrians are having to walk on the road. There are no ramps for the disabled or pushchairs
