Overgrown hedge over path

Please can someone take these hedges right back. Over half the width of the path has been lost, making it hard to walk on what bit of path there is without stepping into the road.

  • The hedge is now all the way across the path; you have to walk on the curb or in the road.

    Please ask the property owner to cut back their hedge.
