Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I wonder if it’s possible to have double yellow lines painted down here as although there is school zig zag lines on the carriageway parents tend to park right up to them causing vehicles to pass them on the other side of the road near to the blind bend. This is extremely dangerous as the road is also a diversion route for the M40.
