Overgrown hedge covers approx 50% of path. Been reported numerous times before with council stating they will sent a letter to residents of no. 9 and if no action taken then they will follow up. Nothing has been done. This has been reported for over a year now and it has STILL NOT been trimmed back to the property line clearing the pathway for 100% use.
