Dropped manhole

This has a white circle painted around part of the dropped hole specifically where the tar is missing, but filling the hole where the tar is missing is pointless as the manhole has collapsed! Please do a proper repair!!

    This was the problem last year - after a few shoels of tar. This has now gone and the hazard is larger and deeper. Why use our council tax to keep visiting the same problem again and again!! The few shovel fulls of tar might tick a box, but do nothing for the road and the safety of that road!!
