Vegetation over footway forcing pedestrians onto road
Reported via desktop anonymously at 09:39, Thu 13 June 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
As happens every year, as parish clerk I am getting complaints about the vegetation on the roadside going up Springhill towards Charney Road roundabout, which is overgrown with hogweed and nettles which are more than 6ft high. It is making it very difficult for people to walk on the pavement, forcing them into the road, which is obviously dangerous especially for those with children or babies in buggies. The road is well used as there is a bus stop. The problem extends down to Little London. Please could this be cut back as soon as possible. Sarah Bates, clerk to KBS Parish Council
