Electrical Cable Copper wire exposed near to path

It has been reported by one of our employees that there is what looks like a lighting cable coming out of the ground near to the pedestrian pathway. It is sheathed but does have copper cables exposed at the end. His concern is that it may be live.

  • I am carrying out some housekeeping within our systems and found this job. It has insufficient information which is why I believe OCC did not attend. Please advise with further information if this is an OCC asset that is causing the issue.
