Lights affecting quality of life

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

We have two lights (one street light and one illuminating a road sign) right outside of our bedroom window. We have requested in the past through this service to have shields installed as the light coming in is affecting our quality of sleep and therefore quality of life. We have black out curtains but as the weather gets warmer we are unable to keep the window open due to the light. I received a notice that this issue was dealt with by the council, however no action was taken. Would it be possible to address this again, please? Thank you very kindly.
