Rock dumped on grass verge - health and safety issue
Reported via desktop anonymously at 13:30, Tue 11 June 2024
Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
This problem was originally reported to you on04/04/24 under Enq 24999930. On 21/05/24 it was reported as "actioned to be fixed". On 10/06/24 it was reported as "fixed at 14.38" - But the rock is still there - it has not been fixed. The position of this dumped rock is dangerous, it could be a trip hazzard in the dark or a vehicle could drive into it. What did get fixed in that location yesterday were pot holes filled in. The rock is still there nothing has changed. Although it is obvious that a vehicle has run in to it and changed its originally position slightly. There is no street lighting in Mixbury so in the dark someone could walk into it.

This rock is still there causing a hazard. I believe that a vehicle has driven into it causing the location to move and now partially block the drain. I think it was put there by the owners of 3 Town Farm House, Mixbury as they don’t like people driving on the grass. We have narrow roads in Mixbury, if people did not park on verges large vehicles eg tractors, ambulances etc would not get through.
