Lane markings faded and drivers crossing into wrong lanes

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The lane markings, in the far right side of the roundabout going from Milton Hill to Didcot, are so faded that drivers from the middle lane cross into it when following the route to Milton Park. They then cross back I to the lane towards Milton Park just as they pass the exit for the motorway. I've almost been involved in multiple collision as a result of this. I believe that if the road was better marked this can be avoided.
