Footpath in need of repair.

The footpath in front of my house on Foxcombe Road is in a bad state of disrepair making it a danger for the numerous pedestrians who walk along the road.

When asked to retarmac the footpath, a company that specialises in driveways suggested that I contact the council to request that the repairs be made. I would be rather pay for the repairs than be sued.
