Bollard protecting house from parked cars knocked out of ground

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
For a month the bollard has been on the pavement. Last one thrown into nearby river by drunks. Needs fixing into ground again.

Bollard still on the ground outside a house. Needs to be replaced. Also all bollards need repainting as the black paint is peeling off
