I first logged this issue with this stretch of the road back in the winter when it was very wet and the loose gravel was being washed out of the potholes in bucketfuls and spread across the remaining surface and so when the potholes were full of water and there was gravel everywhere it was really dangerous and difficutl to see. I came by again tonight about 6-8 months later to discover the problem still hasn't been fixed. I could understand that it was impossible to fix when it was wet in winter but right now it is finally really dry so now is the time. In 3 weeks time schools will be back and lots of children with parents will be cycling this route again (if they dare!?) and it will be really dangerous. Oxford has many bad bits of road but this is by far the most dangerous and degraded I have seen in all my 30+ years of cycling. This must be fixed very soon. PLEASE! There will be an accident. This section of road surface has FAILED.
