The hedge/shrub at the bottom of the Dr surgery carpark just past the zebra crossing is so over grown it is not safe to cross the road without walking infront of a car that has come out of the Dr surgery carpark, st andrews school or pavilion

    You have to step out into the road to see around the overgrown shrubs that are over the path and road to check that there are no cars coming from the Surgery pavilion or st Andrews school.
