Potholes on corner of road not assited by drains blocked/ overgrown and gutters needing sweeping further down the hill

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Excess water during heavy rain draining off the field is not taken away by the blocked drains properly. This exacerbates the pothole problem.
