Hedges desperately need a cut please

Hello! Hedges down Horspath Road are blocking the pavement massively as cars have to park half on pavement to allow traffic to free flow too. Many more parked cars, too, since introduction of School Street on Barracks Lane. Please can these hedges be cut soon so we can all be safe? Thanks so much!! Reporting on fix my street too but don’t think it’s a verge so writing here too! Thanks lots.
