Over grown weeds

There are a large number of weeds growing out of control along the fence line outside of Valerian Court Care Home, Lower Broadway, Didcot, OX11 8ET Could it be possible for someone to come out and cut them down. Your staff maintain Marsh Recreation Ground on a regular basis. Could they also maintain this area which is outside of the Care Home grounds.
