The road markings are missing from the road coming from Grimsbury Manor which connects into Meads Farm Lane, due to this and the increased traffic since Grimsbury Manor Nursery has opened, the residents of Meads Farm Lane are daily faced with speeding drivers exiting Grimsbury Manor.

The missing road markings are causing daily issues with drivers existing Grimsbury Manor as Meads Farm Lane is used by pedestrians, bikers and cars. There is no footpath so everyone is using the road. Drivers not stopping to offer priority made us nearly have 4 accidents in last 2 weeks, because the drivers exiting Grimsbury Manor without offering priority most of the times are speeding (so a speed bump would be helpful as well) but we ended up shouted at (even had cursing yelled at us while my kids were in the car) because the drivers coming from that road are under the impression that is the main road, even after showing them the remaining of the road markings. Since the nursery opened at Grimsbury Manor the amount of cars going in and out have largely increased.
