Boudary hedge cut without our knowledge Who and why was it done and will they continue the whole length

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Between the public foortpath and our boundary someone has severely cut back the mixed hedge. Want to know why and if they intend doing the whole length of the boudary Who would have done it?
