Pothole on the bend

So, the large pothole was reported and eventually fixed a few weeks ago. I drove past the same day and couldn't comprehend that the large pothole had been fixed, but that the slightly smaller one right next to it hadn't!!! It beggar's belief, who is running this s**t show of a council. Are you telling me that the contractors didn't have enough tarmac to fill the hole or that because the hole wasn't reported, therefore not on their work sheet that they weren't down to repair it on the same day? The hole is there, right next to the one they are repairing, are they not allowed to use their common sense. Do you realise that it will now cost more to do another survey and to have the hole repaired sometime this year.
