Grass verge obstruction to vision

The highway verge is always cut just past 4 Petwick Farm Cottages going towards Stanford in the Vale. It would appear that the cutting stops when the person cutting comes over the railway bridge and the cuts again at the public foot path on the left hand side going towards Stanford in the vale? Why are we missed every time?

We cannot see to pull out of our driveway it is so dangerous. Please could this be looked into urgently many thanks in advance.
