Foliage obstruction speed awareness sign

Foliage has grown and is obstructing the speed awareness sign.

This speed sensor and sign is extremely important for managing excess speeding through the village. With the police having limited resources and not being able to enforce excess speed this is the only method we have for managing excessive speed through the village.
