Drain Ironwork still Sunken

Reported via mobile in the Damaged Gully or Catchpit Ironwork category anonymously at 19:13, Tue 4 June 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

You notified me that the sunken drain cover at this location would be fixed 'as a priority', on 26th April. It's still sunken several inches and damaging cars over a month later. Sort it out!

Council ref: ENQ241006596

  • Thanks for your contact. Unfortunately the drain is still sunken several inches and due to the lack of width in the road at this point, it's hard to avoid without waiting for oncoming traffic to pass. I will endeavour to obtain a photo. However for detail, it's directly outside the main entrance door to the Methodist Church, opposite Lamb Lane in Bladon.
