Bridge is not over the ditch

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The wooden bridge has been moved so that it is not a crossing for the ditch any more. In the photo you can see that someone has moved a log into place so that the muddy ditch can be crossed. I'm not sure when this bridge was moved.
