There is a manhole cover that is quite noisy - may be a Vodaphone cover. Can this be fixed as soon as possible?

  • Thank you for your report. After inspecting the area, we’ve determined that the damaged apparatus is owned by a utility company. . Additionally, we’ve initiated a Section 81 notice to inform the responsible utility company, urging them to address the issue promptly.
