Double yellow lines within a designated parking bay

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

For over twenty years I have parked outside my own home within the dedicated parking bays marked, however double yellow lines have now been painted to prevent me from doing so! At NO TIME has there EVER been an issue with parking here, neither has it caused ANY safety issues for any law abiding cyclists! How can OCC justify the expense of having these lines painted, when they obviously fail to provide ESSENTIAL services such as funding for children and parents with additional needs?!
