Inadequate PotHole repair

I am just staggered that an inadequate repair has been carried out at this location. The only parts of the hole that were filled were those sprayed in white that met the criteria for repair.

What has been left is a shallow pot hole of degraded road surface. Instead of a preventative repair at the same time as the main repair, the surface will now degrade.

This road surface failure is mainly caused by the blocked drainage that causes large puddles during rain, and the water seeps into the damaged surface to cause further damage to carriageway.
