This house is 36, Manor Crescent, Stanford in the Vale, the house is unoccupied and it is believed the owner comes here every now and then to collect mail ect. The garden has been in this state for several months and for the peace of mind of the owners either side it needs to be sorted. The houses owners either side are worried that there could be a problem with damp and that could spread to their houses. Can the council (OCC) please ask the owner to do something about it.
