190 Westminster way are digging footings and have driven a digger and dumper truck on to there property and damaged the pavement. I am not aware they have planning permission to build either

The damaged pavement is now uneven the pavement is covered in mud and with the primary school near a lot of push chairs will struggle as well as older people
